RENDER BLANKS — TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of Render Blanks digital products and website (“Services”). By accessing, purchasing, or downloading any Render Blanks asset, you agree to these Terms.

Render Blanks is owned and operated by Andrii Aizenbart (Sole Proprietor), Florida, USA.

By accessing or purchasing from Render Blanks, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Licensing Terms referenced below.


1. Use of Website and Assets


By purchasing or downloading any Render Blanks asset, you acknowledge that:

  • You receive a license to use the assets, not ownership of the assets.

  • Your usage rights are determined solely by the license tier you purchased

  • Violation of licensing terms results in immediate termination of your rights.


Permitted uses (within your license tier)

  • Use Render Blanks assets to create finished visuals, renders, and presentations for your project or brand.

  • Edit, composite, color-grade, and modify final outputs only.

  • Publish or sell end products (with the limits of your selected license tier), provided they remain within the limits of your license tier. 

  • Show your finished work online, in portfolios, on social media, and in marketing appropriate to your license tier.


Prohibited uses (apply to all tiers)

  • Do not share, resell, redistribute, or provide access to the source files (Blend files, textures, meshes, project data).

  • Do not convert Render Blanks assets into templates, mockup packs, libraries, or any competing product or service.

  • Do not remove or alter any embedded metadata, identifiers, or file signatures.

  • No AI-related use: You may not use the assets or outputs for model training, dataset creation, fine-tuning, or any other generative AI activity.

  • Licenses are non-transferable: one license permits use by a single user or a single brand. Seat sharing, team-wide access, or multi-user hand-offs are prohibited.

  • Do not use the assets in illegal, hateful, defamatory, or pornographic material.

  • Do not provide clients with source files. If a client requires access to source files, they must purchase their own license directly from Render Blanks.


Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your license.

2. Eligibility


You must be 18 or older to purchase or use Render Blanks Assets.
You must provide accurate account information when purchasing.

 

3. Intellectual Property Rights


All Assets are owned exclusively by Render Blanks (Andrii Aizenbart). 

You may not:

  • resell, redistribute, share, transfer, or give access to the Assets

  • create derivative products competing with Render Blanks

  • use Assets for AI training


All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

 

4. Account and Access


Digital files are delivered via Shopify’s digital delivery system.
We do not guarantee permanent file hosting.
You are responsible for securely storing your downloads.

 

5. Pricing and Payments


Prices on Render Blanks are displayed in USD, which is the store’s primary currency.
For convenience, Shopify may show approximate prices in your local currency using its built-in converter.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment providers.
Render Blanks does not store any payment information.

 

6. Refund Policy


All digital purchases are non-refundable.

 

7. Restrictions


You may NOT:

  • distribute editable files

  • resell the Assets

  • post Assets on file-sharing platforms

  • use Assets for any illegal or harmful purpose

  • use Assets in political, hateful, or adult content

  • violate the Licensing Terms in any form

 

8. Termination


Render Blanks may suspend or revoke your license if you:

  • violate these Terms or Licensing Terms

  • engage in unauthorized commercial use

  • attempt to resell or redistribute Assets

  • use Assets in AI systems or datasets


Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Assets.

 

9. Disclaimer of Warranties


The Assets and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Render Blanks is not liable for:

  • lost profits

  • business interruptions

  • indirect or consequential damages


Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price.

 

10. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Florida courts.

 

11. Modifications


We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
